Super Lage nahe an den 3 Stränden und nur 10 Minuten in die lebendige Altstadt mit vielen Restaurantoptionen. Einen Leihwagen vom Vermieter mit Garagenplatz ist zu empfehlen. Das großzügige Apartment lag im 5 Stock. Trotzdem hörte man die Brandung und zu gewissen Tageszeiten etwas Straßenverkehr. Nachts war es immer ruhig. Summasumarum eine gute Wahl für Gäste, die eine gute Unterbringung in Altstadtnähe und tolle Bademöglichkeiten suchen. Für Kinder m. E. nicht optimal. Playa 1 und 2\. Wir waren in Bahia Playa 2 im Apartment 1007\. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine sehr saubere Poolanlage. Der Hauptpool ist tief und lädt auch aufgrund seiner Größe zum Schwimmen ein. Das Playa 2 ist schätzungsweise der etwas neuere Block und ist die linke Einheit wenn man in Richtung Meer schaut. Ich kann hier generell nur eine Bewertung zu unserem Apartment schreiben, da alle ja etwas individuell ausgestattet sind. Unser Apartment lag auf der zum Loro Park zugewandten Seite, obwohl wir eigentlich ein Apartment Pool seitig gebucht hatten. Wir wurden aber im Vorfeld gefragt, ob dies ok sei. Grundsätzlich ist dies sicher die schönere Seite, da man von dort aus einen schönen Blick zum Teide und auf das Meer hat. Zusätzlich schaut man auf eine Bananenplantage. Nachteilig wäre nur die Straße zu erwähnen, die aber nicht wirklich stört. Allerdings gab es auf dieser Seite 4-5 Hähne, die ab 3:30 Uhr in der Nacht für ein dauerhaftes Geschrei bis zur Mittagsstunde gesorgt haben. dies war extrem nervig, vor allem bei offenen Terassentüren. Da sollte man Ohropax dabei haben. Das Apartment ist schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ist für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist zum Teil älter, aber dafür ist fast alles da, was man brauchen kann, incl. einer Waschmaschine, Gefriertruhe, Microwelle, Flachbild TV und einem schnellen WLan. Dazu kommt eine sehr große Terrasse, mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie einer Markise. Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Geschirr, sowie Besteck und mehr als ausreichend Handtüchern sind allerdings kunterbunt zusammengewürfelt. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist bequem, lediglich die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Sie sind anscheinend nicht alt, aber mehr als 30€ dürften sie nicht gekostet haben. Wir haben sie scherzhaft als Hämorrhoidenschaukeln bezeichnet. Zu dieser Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. But the equipment in the apartment is very second-hand, partly non functioning, flea market style. No toaster, three frying pans, none of them can be used etc. At this pricelevel I expect a little tuch of luxary and some care for me as tenant, e. g. that garbage bags and washing-up liquid are included, that information of practicalities such as where I should turn if anything got wrong or where I should dispose of garbage etc, even suggestions of restaurants, excursions etc. But I get no feeling that anyone has had any thougt of me, just my money. Very sad! So, is the apartement good value for Money? No! That view could not have been more delightful. Comfortable beds, hot water, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bedding, towels etc. We rate this 10 out of 10\. Unsere Wohnung für 2 Personen optimal, schön eingerichtet und bequem, eine riesige Terrasse mit Blick aus dem 5 Stock seitlich aufs Meer, Ausrüstung zum Kochen und Essen reichlich, allerdings die Essplatzsituation in der Küche nicht sehr komfortabel. (Wir mussten dies nur 2 x nutzen, ansonsten haben wir auf der riesigen Terrasse gefrühstückt und gegessen.) Blick auf innere Grünanlage mit Pool und gegenüberliegendes Haus (Bahia I) welches zur Anlage gehört. Zum Innenhof nur Wohnungen, sodass es nachts angenehm ruhig war, weil die Restaurants, Bars und Läden und Straßen alle zur Außenseite der Anlage orientiert sind. ##### Annette E. Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit den 2 architek-tonisch ansprechenden Apartmenthäusern und der groß-zügigen Poolanlage mit Palmengarten. Die Lage der Häuser ermöglicht den Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Nachts hört man nur das Rauschen der Brandung, das macht den 20-minütigen Fußweg in die Altstadt wett. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Minimarkt und 2 einfache, aber nette Lokale. Das Apartment mit der Objektnummer 2028483 ist elegant eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub (auch bei Selbstversorgung) benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir die großzügige Terrasse und den freundlichen Service des Besitzers, wo eine angeschlossene Autovermietung incl. Garagenplatz möglich sind. 12.10.2019 Fam. Sehr unkomplizierter und netter Kontakt zu der Vermieterin dieses hübschen Apartments mit tollem Ausblick auf Teide und den Atlantik. Für einen Urlaub zu zweit ist das Apartment super ausgestattet mit schöner grosser Terasse, von der wir die Sonne sehr genossen haben. Der angenehm temperierte große Pool lädt zum ausgiebigen schwimmen und anschließendem Sonnenbad im Poolbereich ein. Praktisch war auch das kleine Lädchen gegenüber, das morgens frische Backwaren und Kleinigkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf angeboten hat. Das Apartment eignet sich hervorragend als Standort, um Puerto de la Cruz und die gesamte Insel zu entdecken. Traumhafter Blick auf das Meer. Ein grosser Vorteil war auch, dass wir unser Mietauto in einer Garage abstellen konnten. Für uns stand eine Flasche Wein und spanisches Gebäck, sowie Obst als Gastgeschenke bereit. Es ist sehr ruhig und man schläft hervorragend auf den Matratzen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist vorbildlich, es fehlt einfach an nichts. Und es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum schön angelegten Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir hatten bestes Wetter und konnten jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick frühstücken. Einfach toll.
