With an exquisite decoration and capacity for 4 people, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. It has 600mb Fibre Wifi and desk, designed for teleworking, Smart TV, lift and ceiling fan. With all the necessary services just a few steps from the flat and an unbeatable location to make your holidays a unique experience in Tenerife. Improvement works are currently being carried out in the attic of the building, so you may experience noise within the permitted hours during your stay. In one of the most beautiful enclaves of the island, on the beachfront, with beautiful sea views that you can see from its beautiful Canarian balcony. This flat is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has a capacity for 4 people, 600mb Wifi fibre internet and a desk, designed for teleworking. Great view over the old fishing harbour from the superb balcony. Very well equipped with all you would need for a comfortable stay. Close to restaurants and shops and a great base for exploring the town. We didn't use the parking garage as there was a free car park very close by. We would love to ( and may well do ) return! Notes to manager / owners. The main beds really need changing as they make a lot of noise on any movement and they are probably a little too hard. The sliding door to the balcony needs some maintenance as it's very difficult to open and close. The fan in the main bedroom has an annoying "tick", could this be replaced?
