Erica personally greeted us on our flight delayed arrival and we found her to be a good communicator and pleasant host. The apartment itself was clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. There were odd minor issues - what place doesn't? - but my wife and I very much enjoyed our month here. Would we return? Definitely! The Good: Comfy / Quiet / Excellent location / Sunny rear patio / Street balcony / Wi-fi But note: No air-con or celing fans. Der Balkon ist schmal und kaum nutzbar ( auch nur ein Klappstuhl da), aber dafür große Terrasse nach hinten raus. Detail:Ventillator im Schlafzimmer ging nicht, aber naja, war nicht schlimm. Location perfect for the super market and a shop that catered for celiacs and dairy-free intolerance. Had a terrace that was a sun trap for about four hours in the afternoon. Use of the Oven required better instruction, becomes very hot very quickly, food requiring less heat and time in the oven than it's cooking instructions advised. We decided that it was time to experience what it would really be like to live there as I said in my original application. This apartment was perfect for our needs in every way; we were close to shops, close to San Telmo for walks, we had a lovely private patio (yard) which really caught the sun, the apartment was easy to keep clean. We had been to the apartment while we were in Puerto de la Cruz in December so we did know what to expect in regard to the apartment and the facilities. Gut für bis zu drei Personen zu Im Herzen von Puerto gelegen, mit toller Anbindung an Supermärkte, Loro Bahn und Strände. Gut aber sehr einfach ausgestattetes Appartement. Sauberkeit am Anfang mangelhaft. Haben Bettwäsche gewaschen, das Geschirr gespült , den Backofen und Kühlschrank gereinigt, gesaugt und denDuschkopf getauscht, dann war es okay. Vi havde et dejligt ophold på ca. 3 måneder. Lejligheden ligger centralt, tæt på vandet, tæt på gode restauranter og supermarkeder og shops. Lejligheden er dejlig og har en altan mod gaden og en skøn ugenert terrasse væk fra gaden. Vi fik nye terassemøbler, som ændrede terrassen til et skønt opholdssted. Der er overraskende stille i soveværelset om natten, da det vender væk fra gaden. Eneste minus jeg overhovedet kan komme på er, at vi godt kunne have brugt en støvsuger. Tak til Erica som var sød og hjælpsom den ene gang vi havde brug for hjælp. Vi kommer bestemt igen. Peter og Ditte ##### Ditte K. Trotz anfänglicher kleiner Hindernisse (defekte Lampen etc. ) war der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung angenehm. Frau v Nood hat sich sofort hilfsbereit um die Beseitigung aller Probleme gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Die Betten sind hervorragend, wenn auch das Schlafzimmer etwas eng ist. Wünschenswert wäre jedoch die Ergänzung bzw. Erneuerung des teilweise angeschlagenen Geschirrs. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für diesen Ort ideal. ##### Theo S. E stato tutto molto bello e intenso da Nord a Sud. Al Puerto DE LA CRUZ dove abbiamo alloggiato è tutto meraviglioso. L' appartamento molto funzionale,pulito,zona fantastica......Ci rivedremo presto......Buona Vita a TUTTI.
