It is a very quiet area with all amenities nearby. You are just one kilometer from the beach and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Several bars and restaurants are close by, and the house is situated next to two well-known hotels in the area. Throughout the house, you can enjoy high-speed internet. If you need to work from home, you will have everything you need to do so comfortably, just like in an office.
