"The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. "I stayed here twice. Both times highly satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and accommodatding. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). I highly recommend this establishment. "

"This was a great stay! The hotel is so cute and the staff is top notch! The rooms were spacious, had plenty of shelving, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is convenient, located near stores, Darwin Ave, restaurants, and bars. It is about a 10 minute walk to the pier, but they will coordinate taxis if you need it. They give you a discount to a local tour agency and restaurant. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I skipped breakfast and told them I was going to Isabela Island and they made a to-go bag for lunch for me. Highly recommend this place!"
