"The team at the Sercotel was exceptional, they went above and beyond in accommodating our needs and were thoughtful from the moment we arrived to our departure, which included the shuttle back to the airport. Every person was welcoming, thoughtful, proactive and accommodating. A truly exceptional team. The room was clean and comfortable, we were missing a duvet but as soon as we mentioned it they provided it. The bathroom was well stocked with everything you might need for your stay.Would highly recommend this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the kind and genuinely helpful service team."
