Wir glauben der größte Teil der anderen Wohnungen wird von den Eigentümern selbst als dauerhafte Wohnung oder als Wochenendwohnung genutzt. Insgesamt war es hier sehr ruhig. Am Nachbarpool war deutlich mehr los mit entsprechender Lautstärke. Der Balkon war groß genug für eine Sitzecke und man konnte auch die 3 zur Verfügung stehenden Liegen aufbauen. Im Garten am Pool gibt es keinen Schatten, auf dem Balkon hatte man bis 16 Uhr die Möglichkeit im Schatten zu sitzen/liegen. Wir hatten den Pool sogar häufig für uns alleine. Der Pool ist gut 20 Meter lang, also mehr als ausreichend groß. Die Tiefgarage besteht aus einzelnen Garagen für die verschiedenen Mieter. Ausflugsziele gibt es am Gardasee genügend. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und eine tolle Unterkunft. Der Vermieter und seine Schwester waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Cons: Gasherd finden wir persönlich nicht so ideal. Man kann die Wärme nur schwer steuern, es dauert meist deutlich länger, die Töpfe können umkippen und man bringt zusätzliche Wärme in den Raum. Das Wasser ist sehr kalkhaltig. Die Spülmaschine bräuchte hier Salz, das Geschirr wird sonst nicht sauber. Das heiße Wasser braucht ein paar Minuten, bis es heiß wird. Der Backofen steht auf irgendeiner kyrillischen Sprache. Dass dieser nicht auf Deutsch eingestellt ist, kann ich nachvollziehen. Hier hätte ich aber eher italienisch oder englisch erwartet. Wir sind trotzdem damit zurecht gekommen. Ruim balkon. Keuken voldoende uitgerust. Het zwembad was erg rustig. Fijne buurt. Kleine speeltuin naast het complex. Auto kon in de parkeergarage onder het complex. Cons: De host kwam wat gehaast over. Het 2 persoonsbed was voor ons te zacht en daardoor minder prettig. Dat wil niet zeggen dat dat voor iedereen zo geldt.
