Dear sir , I hereby with your reference as per your knowledge the guest was came to hotel and our staff provide the room and after seen the room guest said cancelled the room our staff ask the guest what happen sir i dont like the room guest said finally our staff shown another 2 rooms and the was looking for new property room and something to have at 01 clock and the same time the guest was ask for auto and our staff went bus stand pick up the auto for the guest and finally they went out.Thank you.
