    Magnificent rustic elegance in Sundance, UT at the base of Mt Timpanogos. The attention to detail and warmth of this custom masterpiece is reflected throughout all four levels. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the glacial river running through the back of the home year round. It's like living in a treehouse in the heart of Sundance.

    The home is spacious yet cozy with 8 bedrooms and several great gathering areas. Step out onto one of many decks to take in the surrounding forest and sounds of the stream. River House is located 2 miles above the Sundance Resort and less than 1/2 mile away from world class hiking and biking.

    Let Stewart Mountain Lodging host your mountain getaway! We live here in Sundance full time - so we're always available. You'll love our private park, "The Hollow", with an outdoor fireplace and Zip Line swing. With our full concierge services we can arrange for a day of fly fishing with our favorite guides, recommend a variety of local day trips and/or hikes, or arrange a massage in your home. You'll love the personal touch and gracious hospitality of your mountain hosts. We would love to share this magical place with you.
