In the heart of Provincetown's West End, looking out your huge picture window at the oldest house in Provincetown, a private green alley, beautiful gardens, the parade of people walking by . . . You're a short distance from town but away from most of the noise and hubub. And in one of the cutest coziest charming studios with access to the beach right down the walkway on the side of the house. There isn't a deck on the water but you have a nice place outside your door to sit outdoors and you can take a beach chair and sit on the beach. You won't want to leave . . . well most of the time. Recently renovated. It has all the modern conveniences and appliances. It is about 350 square feet with a fully separate and good size kitchen and bathroom, washer/drier, queen size bed with storage. There's a comfortable couch, table and chairs to enjoy your view, smart tv, internet. Also lots of touches which make it special from great original artwork, playful and interesting items including an oldbarn door, repurposed doors for the closet, old cabinet with a great painting for the tv and more. This is a space that deserves its appellation - charmer. You won't find another one like this.
