You will never want to leave this awesome getaway spot! Welcome to Tidewatch, a gorgeous top floor 1BR / 1BA condo tucked away in Provincetown’s near West End with stunning water views. This very-well equipped property is on the top floor of a four-unit three story building in a quiet and friendly condominium association conveniently located on Commercial Street. The location, tucked away off the street behind Monument Barbershop and Pop + Dutch, cannot be beat – West End, waterfront, and a very short walk to so many of Provincetown’s hot spots – 1 minute walk to the Boatslip, 2 minute walk to Joe Coffee & Cafe, 3 minutes to Spiritus Pizza, etc. You’ll be able to get to/from the center of town in a mere 10-12 minutes where you’ll find countless number of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, galleries, the ferries, etc. Smartly updated, this vacation spot boasts many updates including all attractive furnishings and decor inside and out as well as a renovated bathroom. In the main living space, you will find an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with cathedral ceiling boasting rooftop, beach, and harbor views. There are quartz countertops on an oversized bar with seating for four for a casual meal and/or cocktail hour. The kitchen also includes plenty of storage space, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and full-size refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. The kitchen also has a mid-century marble table and swivel chairs in a cute breakfast nook. The living room has a stylish leather swivel chair and ottoman as well as a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge facing a large sliding glass door with deck access and stunning views of Provincetown Harbor. Down a short hallway is another door to the deck, the bathroom, and a cozy bedroom. The bathroom has a roomy walk in shower, window, and storage in the vanity/medicine cabinet. The bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen sized bed and spacious closet. Directly outside the unit, you will find an exclusive-use deck that expands your living space. Above the deck is a motorized awning to protect you from the summer sun. On the deck, there is a large dining table and chairs that comfortably seats a group of 6 for dinner. You'll love watching the tides come in and out as well as activity on the harbor! Also included are on-site laundry facilities and assigned covered parking for one car. This home has been tastefully appointed with quality linens, glassware, and cooking utensils as well as ductless two-zone air conditioning, high speed wireless internet, and cable television – everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. It's located on the top floor of a condo community in the perfect location just off Commercial street. Close to many fun shops and great restaurants and an easy bike ride or walk to the East side of town. The condo is a great size for a couple, it was well equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, nice new bathroom, fluffy soft towels and stocked with travel amenities. The deck is a great spot to look at the water and have breakfast and afternoon drinks. The common area on the beach has lounge chairs and tables and is a great place to catch some rays and read a book. The beach is nice and not crowded at all. We thought the apartment was so comfortable. Enjoyed the view. Location fantastic. Used the chaises and lovely area on the beach just for residents. Never too busy. We loved this property which had everything we needed for a great week in Ptown. Clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, with a lovely deck and great view of the water. There was plenty of closet space and room for our stuff. The kitchen was great for food prep and we easily found anything needed. (First rental we've ever had with sharp knives!) We had great communication with the owner, who went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly. The shared beachfront deck was never crowded and I we had our choice of where to sit or lounge. My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay. Tony was an A+++ Host. We had everything that we could wish for! The suite was very well equipped. Cooking supplies, toiletries, fluffy towels, and a very comfortable bed. The special touches like the cafe lights on the deck, the beach towels, and even a noise maker on the side of the bed (which we did not need to use as it was tucked away and very peaceful). The deck down by the water has very comfortable chaise lounges, and the light hitting the boats took our breath away! What a beautiful place... It is located on the Main Street of Provincetown and there is no need to get in your car if you want to experience the town. Tony is the most conscientious host we have had. He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is completely enjoyable. He even prepared a list of restaurants that were open during the off season highlighting his favorites. Perhaps it is the condo’s ideal location - conveniently situated on Commercial Street just steps away from the action, while at the same time located right on the beach with gorgeous views of the Provincetown Harbor. Maybe it is the condo itself - immaculate, updated, upscale and contains everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Or maybe it is the host, Tony. The unit was clean, modern, and had plenty of space for us. Great bed, kitchen, living room - modern appliances, AC, etc. Great private deck with a lovely view and steps away from the bay beach, Commercial St/Tea Dance/restaurants, and easy going to the larger beach. Tony was an excellent communicator, and was so flexible with multiple requests. Would 100% stay here again if we're lucky to find an opening, and would recommend to others for certain.
