This cozy apartment is located on the Commercial St in the quiet west end of Provincetown, yet just steps from amazing shops and restaurants - next to Joon bar and Pop + Dutch, 2 blocks away from the Boatslip Resort and Joe's Coffee. Right across the street from the access to the town beach.
The living room has the stunning view all around. Wake up to the stunning ocean view, look out to the beautiful sunset to the west, and the monument to the east.
This apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, all new furniture and a great entertainment center with soundbar.
This is a great cozy place to enjoy your Provincetown trip.

ATTENTION:

The parking spot at this property is not big enough to fit a big SUV (e.g. 3-row SUV) or a pick-up truck. Please don't book if you have large vehicles.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building without an elevator.

Perfect Ptown spot

Anniversary Weekend

This was a perfect setup, close enough to town to walk a few times a day , area was quiet and the view was amazing . The host was super nice , and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay ! Look forward to staying again !!

Provincetown Gem

It wasn't our first stay and it won't be our last! As regular visitors to town, this is our favorite place to stay - the location is exceptional and it has all the amenities one needs! Spacious enough for two - a bright sitting area, cozy kitchen, comfy bed and dreamy views of Ptown harbor - Doesn't get any better!

Adorable 1BR Close to Everything

Jian’s place is a very very cute 1 bedroom close to the center of town, restaurants, shops, gym, etc. the view of the bay is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay In PTown

This unit is really nice, comfortable, relaxing & homey. The view from all around is great, amazing view of Provincetown Bay / Ocean, view of the Pilgrim Monument & of Commercial Street (great for people watching). So convenient to all the sights & entertainment. We loved our stay here.

Really nice stay Provincetown!

We loved our stay in Provincetown. This property was perfect for two! Sunny and bright apartment looking down on Commercial Street and out to the water. Close to everything and we left the car parked all week using bikes and our feet.

We haven't been to P-town in about 10 years, and had heard some negative things about it - NONE OF THEN ARE TRUE! Loved the condo - clean, close to town, great views and we're very happy we came back!

Perfect stay in PTown

Great location and immaculately presented. Lots of space for two. Close to everything and everything you could need plus the most comfortable bed EVER!!!! You won’t be disappointed if driving make sure your car is small as advised by host there is a space but very small and tight. Highly recommended:)

We have been coming to PTown for over ten years and each year has been in a different location. But I we finally found one that we wanted to book again in a heartbeat. Incredible location, incredible views, incredible furnishings. 10s across the board. My favorite part was getting up in the morning, having a cup of coffee and sitting at the table with the window open watching all the PTown morning "traffic" go by. It may be small, but it is mighty. Thanks to Jian for being such an amazing host.

Ptown getaway

My husband and I arrived Labor Day Monday and stayed four nights. From the initial reservation to our departure, everything was easy. The unit itself is perfect for two people. Nicely furnished and well equipped. And although there is limited outdoor space, the views and breezes from the third floor are lovely.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. An incredible 180 view of the water and everything you could need. Wonderful location close enough to all the fun but on the quieter side of Commercial Street. we will be back!

Best place we have stayed in Ptown

We come to Ptown twice a year, and have for years. This is hands down the best place we have stayed. The loft, as we called it, is beautiful. It is simply and tastefully decorated. It is ergonomically smart. It was so nice to have a bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a roomy closet, and set of drawers to put our clothes in (a harder and harder thing to find in Ptown), a kitchenette, and beautiful roomy living room with a large L shaped sofa that we could be on, reading, etc. The only issue was that the sofas seemed they needed vacuuming when we got there, in order for us to enjoy sitting on them. We contacted Jian and he responded right away, and had his person there the next morning, vacuuming and making it right. Jian is very responsive and communicative in general. We can't say enough about this place. Hope to be back very soon.

Clean apt, great views, great sunlight through multiple windows, very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed except dish towels. Did not receive entry code info in time however, host was immediately reachable by text. So overall went very smoothly and the location is perfect. So quiet as the bedroom is off the street in back and just a lovely apt for 1-2 people.
