We drove 10 hours and went to check-in at 4:10pm (check inis 4pm). Cleaning service was still there and had to wait another half hour. I was not happy about that at all. You pay for 4pm, should have been ready for 4pm. Called DelMar Property Mgmt. They apologized (whoopee). I asked for some form of refund compensation, got nothing. I won’t be using a property supported by DelMar again. They were unprofessional and not supportive. VRBO and property owners should be aware of DelMar’s operation. ##### Sam T. Not a very good experience, and here are the reasons: 1\. Dirty glasses in the cupboard (I washed them for you) 2\. No tissues provided. 3\. No shower soap provided 4\. No shower shampoo provided. 5\. Only two this bath towels. Not enough for this length of stay and never would dry between showers 6\. I paid cleaning fees, which is expected, yet they asked me to "do all the dishes, take out garbage, and strip sheets". As your guest I think this is overreach and hotels don't ask this. 7\. Check out is 9:00am? That is way, way too early and I would suggest you increase your cleaning staff and give people a reasonable checkout time. 8\.
