"Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel, Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met, we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!! "Staff very accomodating Clean, comfortable Beautiful Castle comfortable we didn't stay for breakfast parking a bit far although Staff accomodated a way to unload luggage thru a different entrance. a bit difficult to find on maps. best to get exact location from office or navigate to Serano"

"The attention for me was overwhelming. I am not used to this treatment. Everyone of the staff was helpful and nice. I got a couple notes: - Do the things in the bigger towns that you need before arriving to this place because the options are limited and not convenient - Come in a car because public transportation is doable but I don’t recommend - the public spring waters are not a minute walk. It took me 30 minutes to walk to the exit of the resort and when I put the gps to go to the place it was another 30 minutes. Recommendations: Not necessary but it will have help me and save me the embarrassment (again it was mainly my fault ) - invest in an ATM so foreigners can have an easy access to cash since the hotel does not do currency exchange. Other than that, I will have to come again when my health is better to see the public spring waters. Thank you for your service."

"This hotel was like visiting your Italian family. Sara was so kind and helpful, she arranged rides and suggested fun things for the kids. The lunches and dinner were delicious!!! And let’s not forget the wine. If you are looking for a place to make memories in Tuscany, this is the place. We plan to return one day. "
