"Great apartment with excellent cleaning staff. Very bright hallway. 4 flights of stairs!! Great location"

"We loved our stay here! So much space, a comfortable bed, and so close to everything. The room was clean and we had breakfast coupons for a little cafe down the way. Couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again!"

"In a secure building. Found a problem with the door, but staff offered to fix ASAP. Room was spacious and loved the balcony with table and chairs. Shared bathrooms, FYI."

"Everything was great!! The staff, the breakfast, the location, the room. I highly recommend this hotel!!"

"I thought the location was perfect to navigating Bologna and great recommendations from the owner. It was noisy at night with traffic and locals outside. Overall a really nice stay "

"Great location"

"Very good I would stay again"

"So close to sights and great food"

"I had such a lovely and unique stay! Bruno was a very warm and friendly host, and the property itself was absolutely wonderful. I’m really glad I stayed here rather than a hotel or hostel. The coziness of the B&B made me feel like I was at my Nonna’s or something :) "

"We never had an email with instructions on how to get into the property. We arrived early and after several calls to the owner and to hotels.com we finally after waiting about one hour let inside. He did help us get our luggage up to the room on the second floor."

"Great location."

"Breakfast, air conditioning and very walkable, great staff "

"The staff are very friendly and kind. The location is very close to many places to see including university of Bologna and National Art Gallery"

"Pulita, proprietari disponibili, mobilio nuovissimo. Letti comodi. Pratica e spaziosa terrazza. Consigliatissimo"

"9/10. Excellent location, clean room. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) from Bologna Centrale station. Confort of the bed was ok, A/C was excellent. There is not always staff present so check-in can be difficult is you arrive early / late. For the price I would recommend staying here."

"breakfast was terrible and the rooms were so close to each others"

"Great place, great staff!"
