Surrounding area is perfectly fine/safe but not picturesque. Shared bathrooms (2 for 5 rooms). Room clean, bathroom clean (entirely depends on who's been using it before you - I just had some remaining foam in sink and shower). My room was very spacious, decoration could be spruced up in places but overall good; noise from street clearly audible at night - take earplugs if you're sensitive. Overall, the only draw-back is the lack of ensuite bathroom (reflected in the lower price). The accommodation is located in very close distance to the Bologna Central Station and shopping amenities. The price for 4 nights were so good , great view from the Balcony , comfortable bed and very clean as well. It was slightly noisy if somebody stays at next door, There was a big stain on a chair and drain wasn’t so good from the shared shower. Nous avons eu froid, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. La struttura è molto pulita, accogliente e centrale.. non fatevi spaventare dai servizi in comune; sono pulitissimi!!!!! Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli al momento del check-out per goderci la città senza pesi! Consigliamo questo BB a mani basse!!!!!
