The accommodation is located in very close distance to the Bologna Central Station and shopping amenities. The price for 4 nights were so good , great view from the Balcony , comfortable bed and very clean as well. It was slightly noisy if somebody stays at next door, There was a big stain on a chair and drain wasn’t so good from the shared shower. Surrounding area is perfectly fine/safe but not picturesque. Shared bathrooms (2 for 5 rooms). Room clean, bathroom clean (entirely depends on who's been using it before you - I just had some remaining foam in sink and shower). My room was very spacious, decoration could be spruced up in places but overall good; noise from street clearly audible at night - take earplugs if you're sensitive. Overall, the only draw-back is the lack of ensuite bathroom (reflected in the lower price). O proprietário não retornou o contato para orientações do check-in. Chegou atrasado para o horário que constava no site como início do check-in.
