This resort was classy top to bottom. The room and the turn down service were impeccable, the service at bars and restaurants was excellent, the food was stellar and you cannot beat the Grace Bay beach and the Palms pool if you wanted a break from the sun at the beach. We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We left talking about the next time we can come back and stay.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect spot in Grace bay. Won’t regret the staff or rooms or pools. Rental snorkel gear everything. Right near walking distance of coral gardens to snorkel. Whole resort is magical. Beautiful setting. Want to go back now. Restaurants good too! Both!

We love The Palm! This was our 4th or 5th visit and we just keep coming back. The hotel staff is outstanding - from check-in to check-out you can expect the highest, kindest level of service. The resort is spotless, the rooms are beautiful, and the food/room service is outstanding. Housekeeping does a fantastic/on-time job, and the beach service is great. Jane and the staff at the breakfast buffet are so sweet and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! It was truly relaxing.

The resort and people were amazing especially Ericka, Jane, and Sherry!!! Erika works at the boutique, Jane greets you for breakfast, and Sherry is usually at the swim bar. They make everything feel seamless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the rooms could use smart tvs for better television watching and they need outlets by the bed to allow technical device charging. I would definitly stay here again when going back to Turks & Caicos!

Loved this property! Was beautiful property. We had mazing suite for 4 people. Everything was amazing! Food was amazing at the restaurants. Amenities fun all around the property. Expensive but everything is expensive on the island.
