The hotel was nice. Some of the staff was helpful. We arrived early which we were told we could get a parking pass and access to the beach. We were able to get the parking pass but then was told the beach pass is only given when it’s you check in time unless you can find a spot by the rocks in front of the hotel which is very limited spots. We tried to check in early but our room was not available yet, was told to come back at 3-3:30 which the room was still not available/ cleaned. Was told again check back at 4 and then again at 4:30 finally was able to get into our room at about 5:15pm. The staff did not apologize or show any sign of care that we had to wait.

What a charming place this is! My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and were so pleased with the grounds and friendly staff. We felt right at home. This place is well-maintained and has beautiful grounds. I especially appreciated the breakfast delivery to our room every morning. What a delightful bonus! I would definitely return!

Very cute cottage that was recently remodeled. We liked: the location, nicely decorated, kitchen with coffee pot, oven and fridge, the passes to Waterford Beach, the rec room, Responsive staff, the outdoor area with swing sets, picnic bench, huge yard. Although cottage #22 has 2 bedrooms, I would not recommend this unit for 2 adults and teens, it is too small. Warning - the hot water takes time to heat up. The cottage has a small air condition unit is in the kitchen only so the bedrooms were hot. We could have opened the windows, but there were no screens on the bedroom windows and the front door screen had holes in it. My only other complaint was that the bathroom sink: the faucet was too large for the sink, so water sprayed everywhere.
