"No window in the room, really hot with only a fan. Mice ate through all our snacks. Only one toilet stall actually closed and it didn't have toilet paper for 2 days. I had to scour the kitchen for a fork and the fridge looks like it has never been cleaned out. Shower was questionable at best"

"Only negative would be the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (1 hour after check in opened). That said 10 minute wait and all was sorted. Very friendly staff (Carlos on front desk especially). Well maintained clean and great view."
