"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The bed was glorious! Gorgeous bathroom! But I felt unsafe when I went to get ice, which I needed because my knee was injured. It is in an out of the way area in the hotel with no cameras, no windows. It was Creepy. Also, the street where the hotel is located needs more security. Someone needs to stand outside. I know there is nothing they can do about the activities of the people outside, however they can hire more security. Also, more lighting on their block. Overall, very good experience."

"The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel"

"I stayed in the Twill Suite and it was perfect. Simple amenities but clean and comfortable. I really appreciated having a designated parking spot and flexible check in."

"Noisy neighbors really negatively affected our stay and made it hard to get any sleep. The neighbors had screaming fights from 11pm to 3am with no respect for the hour or close proximity of other units. Cramped basement apartment but reasonable for the price."

"The house was beautiful and clean. The host was amazing very attentive and responsive. It is in a little bit of a noisy neighborhood and the area was not what I was expecting, but because of all the security in the house, I felt completely safe. I would definitely recommend hosting a party at this house for a large group. It was a bunch of women that stayed here for my daughter’s bridal shower and we were all very happy. "
