The 1st room they placed us was clean and I felt comfortable... however the TV was missing a cable so the girl at the desk put us in another room. The 2nd room they put us in looked like it had blood on rugs, the couch had red and black marks all over which is does come off because I used a little water to see if it was stained or just dirty it was dirty they just didn't clean the bed had hair it in.. then I went to the bathroom to find dirt and hair all over that floor i didnt feel comfortable in that room at all. Not sure if id go back again.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay at the Sonesta. The first room they put us in had a toilet that didn’t flush and even had broken glass on the floor. They moved us to another room, but the issues continued — the water took almost 10 minutes to heat up and the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall. We only stayed for one night and it wasn’t an expensive booking, so you get what you pay for, but I still expected it to be cleaner and better maintained. The one positive was that the beds were actually very comfortable. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.

It looks nice in the pictures, but it was very run down and the room itself had lots of blood stains and even an unknown pill on the rug. Everything felt dirty and like I didn't want to touch it. It wasn't in a great location. I was glad we only stayed one night. I would stay away from this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights and 2 of those nights spent it with constant beeping from fire alarms as fire fighters searched each room to trace where the alarm was coming from.

The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.
