Bring your fishing boat and gear for the elusive bass & trout caught year round. Or simply step out to the end of the dock and jump in for a swim instead! The water is deep and your private dock and ramp can accommodate your boat, jet ski's, floats etc. Plenty of parking for your trailers in the driveway.

Relax on the wrap around balcony with open lake views while taking in the sunrise with your morning coffee. Chill out on the breezy covered patio, listening to music with the indoor/outdoor speaker system while cooking on the charcoal grill. Then kick back around the fire pit, watch the sunset with your favorite beverage and s'mores!
