"Had a great stay here for a week. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is not right on the beach, but is a short walk over, not too bad. Some of the amenities, such as the spa, some restaurants, and sunset cruises are located in their sister hotel (Seafire) next door, which is a premium resort right on the beach. Our room service was prompt and was great to have for a private breakfast, but their pastry shop should be checked out for some amazing sweets. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas are available, but it's best to get them early (8:00 am) to secure the best spots. Bar and food service is available on the beach (nothing like having an icy pina colada brought right to your chair!). We used valet parking for our rental, and you can also self park, but we noticed the parking garage filled up to capacity sometimes, so be aware of that. Enjoy!"

"The offer of another room after check out was appreciated to bridge the gap between checkout at airport , but the denial of spa facilities such as a team room and sauna unless I ponied up for “services” was inexplicable given that i was paying £1500 per night! "

"I would definitely stay here again. Room was nice and had all that I needed. Only complain is the stoves should be changes because I couldn’t even get the oven to turn on. But besides that everything else was great. Easy to check in and they arranged a ride for me when I arrived and for my departure which I genuinely appreciate. The room was clean and so was the property. I enjoyed the cafe there and the healthy options. The beach was easy to access. Honestly I really have no complaints ( just the oven). "

"This was the perfect stay for our group! We laughed at the fact that it was beach “adjacent” since it’s about a 30 second walk down a beautiful path to the beach. The pool was great and had more charm than most beach front hotel pools. What really sets this place apart, is the staff! They are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel special. Anika was our hospitality on our floor- and we immediately knew we were in the best hands! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay."

"The Reef Resort was outstanding. The property was clean, and the customer service was exceptional. The grounds and pools were easy to access, making it simple to relax and enjoy every part of the resort. The beach felt like our backyard—just steps away—with a beautiful coastline that added to the peaceful atmosphere. There was great entertainment and delicious food throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing, enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend."

"Excellent value ! Nice large clean room! Loved having the Keurig and pods in the room! Having access to chairs and beach towels was fantastic! The front desk staff was so welcoming particularly Tyrone and the breakfast staff exceptional! So close to Camana Bay and all the shops and restaurants, public bus easy to access right out front!! Would not hesitate to return. "
