It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm. On the plus side, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating where they were able. That is fine but when it is called a hotel you have different expectations. The rooms are newly renovated, clean and nice , especially bath and shower. The AC units are not upgraded and are quite noisy and did not do a good job of taking humidity out of the rooms. They are the old style under-window on the exterior wall style. We had to keep our room very cold (65deg) in order for it to not feel damp and sticky -‘for reference our visit was mid March. I would still come here again, the price for the location and access to Westin amenities is still a great value.
