Beach is literally 50 yards from room. Near Governors house with adequate security in most area parking areas. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Beach chairs and towels supplied. Property pool is very small like a large jacuzzi (8'x12'). Gym advertised on property is misleading as we were not allowed to use it. Island Naturals on property was delicious but take a short walk to Eats for more economical eating. Hard to find a bad (or cheap) meal on the island. Nice to have a kitchen for some meals in house. We especially appreciated the included beach gear (toys, umbrella, chairs) and the convenience of having a washer/dryer and BBQ. The location on 7-Mile Beach, near The Grove, was ideal. While the grocery store in The Grove was a bit pricey, the pool was a great bonus, especially for evening swims. Being within walking distance of Governors Square made it easy to access more affordable groceries and a wider variety of restaurants like the excellent Yoshi. Just a heads-up: the area can get crowded when cruise ships are in port. We had a minor issue with the bedroom sheets, but it was resolved quickly. Room was very nice and spacious. It was very clean and modern. It had a washer and dryer, coffee pot, nespresso coffee pod machine, all the cooking utensils and appliances that i needed. It was very safe and required a key fob to enter the outside walking area where the room doors are located. It was within walking distance of several restaurants. It was also within walking distance of several public beach locations. I would definitley stay here again if given the opportunity.
