  • The villa is located on a name Sabunike Peninsula and is about 20km away from Zadar. The holiday apartments are located in a quiet side street and are 300m from the beautiful sandy beach.
    The house is built in Dalmatian style. The apartment is modern & fully furnished and suitable for 6 persons & has 2 baths. and a fully equipped kitchen, balcony / terrace i barbecue, satellite TV WALN parking.
    The villa in the beautiful Sabunike is on a sandy peninsula [Length: 7 km, width: 4 km].
    The climate is very pleasant and has a year around 2540 hours of sunshine. Sabunike has about 80 houses with small paths. In the marketplace, there are daily fresh fruit / vegetables, grocery stores, newsstands, shops, cafes, bars & restaurants. You will find here the natural sandy beach of Croatia with flat & clean waters. Ideally summer holiday for families with young children or for vacation groups.
