The bathroom was not clean, even after staff cleaned it after requesting, there was a strong urine smell emanating from the bathroom. We had booked the room for 3 people, the extra bed was not setup by them, the staff had not laid the bed voluntarily. Parking was a problem, as the ramp was not properly placed to facilitate the parking, as a result the car base was hitting the ramp resulting...
