"We booked an additional room after reaching the property. Staff were helpful in adding another room. The bathroom was not clean, even after staff cleaned it after requesting, there was a strong urine smell emanating from the bathroom. We had booked the room for 3 people, the extra bed was not setup by them, the staff had not laid the bed voluntarily. Parking was a problem, as the ramp was not properly placed to facilitate the parking, as a result the car base was hitting the ramp resulting...

"Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best bet."

"My dog had the best time in the spacious surroundings. Food was very good and the staff were helpful. Had a fun time swimming in the pouring rain! Management should add a shower area near the pool to prevent people from entering just as is."
