Overpriced!
I stayed in room 130. The Internet did not work at all, and I complained to the receptionist repeatedly. Also, I asked for my room to be swapped. My request was declined. The final straw was in the morning when I needed to get ready for the airport and I couldn’t shower because the water was ice cold. Again, I mentioned this to the receptionist on two occasions and nothing was done about it. I had to leave for the airport without a shower. This hotel wasn’t cheap either. Furthermore, taxi drivers seem to always take the wrong turning when driving you to this hotel.

Friendly service, good value
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel functional rather than luxurious, but good value for the money. Rooms vary in size - we were surprised initially to be placed in a tiny room, despite having booked six months in advance, but were moved as soon as we pointed this out.

Modern Hotel near centre
Nice hotel, with good service 5-10 minute taxi ride from town.centre. Rooms are incredibly smokey, if you are a non-smoker ensure you book non-smoking and make it very clear on booking.

Just add a sheet to the bed.
The only thing I didn't like is the lack of a sheet on the bed; the covering was ok, but a nice sheet would have made the bed much more comfortable.

Modern, clean hotel
Nice, clean modern hotel. 5 minute walk to bus station; 15-20 minutes walk to centre. In 1st room AC not working so staff immediately moved me to another. Restaurant made great local meal ( pre-ordered a few hours before). Staff all spoke English and were very helpful.

Really nice, clean hotel with great breakfast. The location is just a little further out of town than I'd have liked, but otherwise a lovely place to stay.

I'm returning at this hotel because of friendly staff and it offers a gym. Rooms are comfortable, but still you may find better around with similar prices. I like the dinner at restaurant.

Great time!
Very neat hotel near the bus station, staff is exceptionally friendly and all speak very good English. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options available. Overall a very good experience.

Nice enough new 4 star hotel. Plus points was that is was clean and conformable. Minus points was that the TV had very few channels (about 12) and you are about 10 to 20 minutes taxi ride to the centre (€3).

A Hidden Gem
Hotel was a bit difficult to find but once there it was a very nice experience. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were EXCELLENT - friendly and very responsive to our questions and needs. The breakfast was much more than we had expected from our experiences at other hotels. All in all, it was a very positive experience. We would stay there again without reservations.

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is slightly away from the centre of town, but this was known at the time of booking. Great stay!

Close to bus station and great bed/bath
The closest hotel location to the bus station. Bed, comforters and pillows were super comfy. Soundproofing was excellent from street noise. Aurora at the front desk was superb, took such good care of us with directions and information. The only negative was we couldn't seem to cool the room below 24'C while we slept and the windows open led to steeet noise.

the service was very friendly. the breakfast was amazing -- lots of choices of hot and cold menu items. the hotel was modern and very clean. the location - it was not walkable to the city center area, as we had hoped. however, a taxi was only 2 euros and very convenient to get a taxi.

Chose hotel as was travelling around and is just around the corner from the bus station, though a little out of town. Stylish and modern with good sized and decorated rooms, nice breakfast and good restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly

Superb Customer Service
There's really nothing to fault about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide terrific service and ensure that all of my needs were met. Esat in particular was extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was in excellent shape. The food in the restaurant was also much, much better than one might expect, all at a reasonable price There was little or no need to eat out. There was also a small supermarket right up the street to purchase various odds and ends. The breakfast also had a nice variety of food. The only knock one could have against the hotel was the fact that it wasn't located in the center of town. However, it was only a 20 minute walk to get there or alternately, a 3 Euro cab ride. So, in many ways, the location wasn't really a drawback at all. I'm glad to recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Pristina, whether it be for business or pleasure.

Hotel Nartel really is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am happy to say, "There were no bed bugs." That seems to be what others had to say. The food at the restaurant is excellent and has a great price. Do try the Kosovo wine. It is fabulous. Kosovo is a great place, and Hotel Nartel is a very nice hotel to stay in while here temporarily or between finding a place to live.

Stayed at Hotel Nartel for the second time. Great quality hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, clean and functional. As a business traveler, was very happy to note that the free wifi functioned well and the room service food was quite tasty. The location of the hotel is outside of the city centre but which is easily accessible with a taxi. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Fabulous service, beautiful hotel
A very modern, stylish hotel with a beautiful interior. The rooms are well furnished and although basic, have a good tv, comfy mattress and free wifi. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is great. There is also free access to the well equipped gym next door. The centre of Pristina (mother teresa street) is about 20 minutes walk away, or a 2-3EU taxi. The hotel is in a developing part of the city, near from the main road in and out, making the surrounding area not particularly pleasant for an afternoon stroll, but it is safe and useful if you travel by car. The staff were great and happy to help with anything, be it room service or printing. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food was great, especially breakfast which was far better than most Eastern European hotels. If you need a base in the city, this hotel is ideal.

A very pleasant hotel: clean, tidy, with all the amenities a business traveller would need. The decor is fresh and bright, the room was aesthetically pleasing, the bathroom well equipped and of a high standard. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was a buffet with a good selection of (generally) fresh food served in the restaurant with a sunny terrace. The restaurant was a pleasant place to eat in the evening as well. The reception staff went out of their way to help me, as did many of the other staff.

The hotel was clean and beautiful, the shower was most impressive. It is very close to the bus station and within easy walking distance of the city center, there is a nice market close by The staff was accommodating , the breakfast lovely, i would recommend this hotel to all.

Nartel: The sensible alternative
Excellent service, underground parking, free valet, free wi-fi, and breakfast. Quiet and modern room. The neighborborhood is a 10-15 walk to downtown, across a busy road, but the savings and service are worth the price compared to competitors. This is my second stay here, and both were good.

I loved everything about my stay at Hotel Nartel. The rooms were great, modern, & clean. The food & service at the restaurant was excellent. Lastly, the people there were wonderful. They never hesitated to help & always went above & beyond to help.

Perfect for business, but a little out of the way
Excellent and comfortable hotel, but suffers from a lack of restaurants and shops within quick walking distance. Perfect for staying in Pristina if you have a car or will be meeting in downtown, but prefer to stay a little off the main track. Very good breakfast, courteous service and helpful staff who handle parking and bags with a smile.
