This was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I had a huge room with a balcony. The staff were excellent and gave service on such a high level. The pool and spa were so relaxing. Unfortunately no decaffeinated coffee.

Ontbijt was goed. Communicatie met het hotel is slecht. Ik had een shuttle gevraagd aan het hotel maar je krijgt nooit antwoord. Uiteindelijk had een collega van ons vervoer geregeld van het vliegveld naar het hotel voor 35 euro. Taxi kost overigens rond de 15 euro. We waren met zijn drieën. Hotel wilde dat we per persoon 35 euro gingen betalen. Na vele discussies hebben we dit uiteindelijk geregeld en 1x 35 euro betaald.,Ik had alles van te voren betaald via expedia en bij het uitchecken wilden ze dat ik het hotel opnieuw zou moeten betalen.
