"I had a single room with balcony, was clean and big enough for 1 person. Breakfast was great, buffet style and I managed to get a table next to the window every morning. I was on the 6th floor so the view from my balcony was great."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Sea view room which was excellent and a lovely buffet breakfast each morning. Stayed here a few times and always enjoyed ourselves"

"The bar wasn't open and there was no facilities for breakfast. Even the option of having cereals you could help yourself to and a toaster to make toast would have been good. My room was adequate but the shower cubicle was broken and the shower itself was attached to the wall and could only be used by hand. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. When I told the staff I wasn't happy they weren't interested and didn't bother until I said I was leaving early to offer another room."

"Great property, well located in a beautiful harbour. Well equipped and very comfortable. Incredibly quiet neighbourhood with good parking. Bar and restaurants within 5 mins walk. 5 min drive into Eastbourne (free parking after 6pm). Alan the agent was really good on arrival and very good comms re arranging meet time.Would not hesitate returning."

"Despite the house being described as "very nice and clean," the presence of white dog hairs on the carpet and sofa was a major disappointment. This issue not only affected the appearance of the house, but also caused practical issues such as getting dog hair on our clothes. As someone with an allergy to dog hair, this made my stay uncomfortable and not as enjoyable as it could have been. As long as I am sure that the hair will be cleaned properly, I would go back with my family the next time."

"Everything about the flat was excellent.We have never had to collect keys from a different location and having had to give an arrival time added pressure to the journey.Check out time on leaving was stated as 11am both on the website and an e-mail received prior to arrival but was changed to 10am whilst staying there.We had a lovely time in Eastbourne, unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind but the flat was comfortable and cosy on the bad days.. "
