Several days strangers set up lawn chairs in front of our view on the grass and every sunrise there was a pack of noisy people standing out on the grassy area to right (residents in units without views?). With all the people roaming around, felt had to keep curtains closed at night which limited air flow and lovely views of stars. "This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to Kauai. From the size and layout to the amazing ocean view. We loved having a very large and well stocked kitchen for our cooking.
