Welcome to our large, spacious home in Princeville, Kauai. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone who loves to spread out, this 2000 sq ft 3 bedroom home has been painstakingly remodeled with luxury finishes throughout.  
  
Located in a quiet, stunning neighborhood just a short walk from world famous Anini Beach. We are also under 10 minutes from Hanalei!  
  
Nestled in the most luxurious neighborhood of Princeville, we are walking distance to Princeville shopping center, restaurants, and parks.  
  
This is a newly remodeled, spacious, modern home in the heart of   
Princeville at Hanalei in Kauai. Just 2 minutes from Anini Beach, a 10 minute drive from World Famous Hanalei Bay, and dozens of fantastic shopping and restaurant options. We furnished this space with luxury and comfort in mind and it is truly one of a kind in this area.  
  
Our home is two stories with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests, including 4 Queen Beds beds,, one sleeper sofa that is a queen, and one aerobed for the living room. We also have a beautiful and large lanai (patio) with comfortable outdoor furniture.  
  
This home boasts beautiful new flooring, paint, and artwork, with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer in the home. We have blazing fast internet for those that would like to work from home on vacation.  
  
The space is built for families, friends, and surf-bums alike.   
  
We have an at home gym in our garage for fitness seekers that want to get some exercise in before jetting to the beach.  
  
The entire purpose of this home is to give visitors to Princeville easy access to all Kauai has to offer, while simultaneously feeling the escape of Hawaii's incredible beaches and hikes. This location is perfect for hikers, or those that like to hang at the beach for recreation or sport.  
  
The home has brand new, comfortable queen beds with down comforters, duvets and large pillows.  
  
The unit has several brand new appliances, and a large in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. We have plenty of dishware and cooking utensils for our guests, and a single serve coffee machine with coffee pods provided.  
  
The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, Hulu, and other channels for your viewing pleasure. We're equipped with high-speed Wifi throughout the house. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels are all provided for our guests' comfort.  
  
This is a perfect space for business travelers, families, or a quick weekend getaway from neighboring islands. Eat at one of our many local famous restaurants, or go grocery shopping nearby and cook at the cabin. There's plenty of free parking on the property.  
  
We have done our best to make this place feel like home by including local books and board games. It is our way of sharing what our wonderful state of Kauai has to offer. Thanks for looking, and we hope you'll stay with us!  
  
DISCLAIMER: This property is NOT for partying. There is a strict no partying and ten guest limit to this property. We love our neighborhood, and our neighbors. This house has everything you will need to have a successful, fun & positive stay in Kauai. The owner is accommodating & kind. The house was a perfect fit for my family of 6 - 2 adults, 4 kids (18, 16, 15 & 12\. Plenty of space & lots to offer. Perfect area for morning runs/walks. Central location to everything on northern part of island.

Place is great location and beautiful home. Rooms were clean however only disappointment which was kind of a big deal since one of the main reasons we choose this home was air conditioning was not effective in upstairs room which caused us not to be able to use this room.

#### Great big home

We had an amazing stay. There was a lot of space for everyone to rest. Fully stocked with cleaning supplies and great amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked. Big bathrooms. Convenient store located 5min away if you wanted groceries.
