Newly remodeled throughout with clean, crisp, contemporary finishes, features and furnishings. Perfect base camp for your family to adventure and explore magnificent Kauai. Return home to rinse in the outside shower, then enter the AC-whole-house-cooled interior space to create and share a meal in the gourmet kitchen and in-or-outside dining, then relax in the comfy living room for movie-night on the 80\` TV. Quiet cul-de-sac within primarily residential area of Princeville. Steps to a 1/2 acre park, solely for the use of residents and visitors of this small subdivision. Short bike ride to beach access at turtle cove or Queen\`s Bath. 5-10 minute bike ride to beach access at Sealodge Cove, Hideaways, or Anini Beach, or to the One Hotel, Princeville Center, and numerous restaurants. Walking and bike trails throughout Princeville. No parties or additional guests allowed. Noise complaint fines - As this home is in close proximity to residential neighbors, it is imperative that noise levels be kept to a minimum throughout your stay, and that you honor the noise curfews of 9 pm through 8 am. This means, any disruptive noises, such as screaming, children playing loudly, talking/laughing loudly, at any time, may solicit a complaint from the neighbors. We ask that you manage your noise levels appropriately. If there are complaints re: noise, you will be contacted and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. If there are additional complaints, you may be charged up to $500 (in PV, the first noise complaint, if received from the PV patrol, is automatically $200). If there are further complaints, after multiple warnings and lo you will be asked to leave the property. We enjoyed your house! It was very clean and crisp. It had every thing we needed. It was located in the safe and beautiful princeville neighborhood and close to everything North Shore. The house is very nicely appointed, the decor is modern and fresh, it had all the amenities to enjoy a beach holiday and make a nice dinner and eat outside. The location is ideal, close to shops, golf, a quick drive to Hanalei to have a picnic and watch the sunset and early morning walks. The property manager was attentive and responsive when needed but it had everything. We will rent this property again, why search for anything else. We will be back to Kauai and the house.
