A great location with beautiful ocean views from the back deck. Really convenient to all activities on the North Shore of Kauai. The gourmet kitchen was very well appointed and equipped and we cooked and enjoyed some fabulous meals. Having a high-chair available was very handy for our young ones. There was some great beach gear (chairs and umbrellas) that we utilized almost every day. The house did get a little on the warm side during the day with just one A/C unit in the main room, but it would eventually cool down in the late afternoon with the windows open and a nice breeze coming in. We had our family, our sister's family and our mother on this trip. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed eating together at the large dining table, then we could hang out together in the living area with great views of lush green trees and the ocean. The deck is spacious. The kitchen is fantastic with very nice appliances and everything you need to prep, cook, and serve food. There was plenty of counter space for food prep. A new rice cooker was provided for our use. There is a separate beverage fridge on the main floor and a separate freezer in the garage. The bed rooms are downstairs and have ceiling fans and an extra fan. The garage has a washer/dryer and even a long table is provided to make it easier to fold clothes and towels. It is obvious that the owner has put much thought and consideration into making this place a very comfortable home away from home. The property (and process) fully met all of our high expectations. Amazing kitchen and view from the living area. Very walkable neighborhood with albatross nests at nearby properties.It is a slit level home that requires a lot of steps which wasn’t a problem for us. Upstairs living area and entry bedroom are AC’d. All other bedrooms downstairs (no AC) which cooled down nicely each evening.Would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a large property in the Princeville neighborhood. FYI - We walked 20 min to catch the shuttle bus at the Makai golf course which took us to the Nāpali Coast hike. ##### Jay G. It has big, open, accommodating spaces for large family gatherings, a great kitchen layout for large group cooking experiences, quiet tucked in patios for a little solitude. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and arranged for a variety of guests. The home is clean and well taken care of. We have been to Hawaii four different times, and this was by far our favorite house to stay in! The house was even better than the pictures you see in the listing. It was very clean, well stocked, easy, check-in process,and the property manager was very attentive. The house itself was amazing! Awesome views, awesome kitchen, awesome hot tub overlooking the ocean. We even saw whales from the deck! Highly recommend! ##### Todd A. What a beautiful place to stay. My group of 8 had an amazing stay. It was so nice having 3 bedrooms with en suite’s to accommodate our multi-generational family. Everyone had their own private little space, but then a large dining room table and living room that could accommodate all of us when we wanted to be together. The kitchen is unbelievably beautiful and very well stocked. The property managers were very easy to stay in touch with and very helpful with answers and tips. Tammy was really helpful with suggestions before I got there to solve a couple of concerns that I had. An absolute haven and would 100% stay again if I have my big crew in the future. Location perfect- near everything- shops, restaurants and multiple beaches. Kitchen was amazing as was living area. Only negative was some minor things that needed repairs -but didn’t hurt our overall impression. Biggest issue was that we were there in August and there was no ac in bedrooms. They did have plenty of fans for bedrooms and in the main room and one bedroom there was ac. Putting window ac in other bedrooms would make it perfect. However, it is near the ocean (amazing views) so it helped at night.
