"Received a comp upgrade to a suite. The room was large, updated and very nice. Ate at the connected casino, food was good and reasonably priced. My only suggestion is to install some shading for the deck area, otherwise you are forced to sit in the full sun most of the day to enjoy the great mountain view. "

"Paying almost $700 for 2 night single person is outrageous. In regards to that I was traveling with family and they knew it but still placed me in a handicapped room on another floor. I am not handicapped but they would not move me to another room. It was very uncomfortable. Seems check in desk are very young and not experienced in customer service. "
