Located on the road to Pointe Saint Gildas, 300m from the beaches, this holiday accommodation on the ground floor of a house under renovation has a double bedroom (140) and a comfortable BZ sofa (140) that can accommodate up to 4 people This ground floor apartment in a garden level, was renovated in 2024, it is 45m² and has a large garden.
