Pack the bikes, flip-flops and and towels to set off on an adventure, between Pornic and La Plaine-sur-Mer, in one of the oldest seaside resorts on the Jade Coast, Préfailles! Where lazing around, gastronomy, shore fishing and outdoor activities will delight young and old...   
  
Enjoy a long weekend or holiday with family or friends by staying in the former village ballroom from 1897\. Renowned as La Raquette and now a vast Villa with its outbuildings of over 300m² on a closed and secure plot of 1200 m², capable of accommodating up to 13 people (maximum 11 adults)   
  
Located in the heart of the picturesque lanes of the town of Préfailles, a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bicycle hire, cafés and restaurants. This tourist accommodation in the order of visit is composed   
  
From a main house composed on a single floor, with an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (Gas cooker and electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). With a dining room semi-open to a large TV-wifi living room overlooking the terrace and garden. Along the long corridor, you will find an independent toilet, an independent bathroom, an independent table games room (games available) with a bed (1x90), a room with bunk beds (2x90) and a master suite (1x180) with a shower room, a dressing room and an independent toilet.   
  
From a floor with external access, consisting of a large bedroom (1x180) with sea view balcony, a single bedroom (1x90) and a bathroom and toilet.   
  
From two dependencies at the bottom of the garden, one consisting of a living room, a bedroom (1x160) and an independent bathroom and toilet. The other consisting of a bedroom (1x160) and an independent bathroom and toilet.   
  
For maximum comfort, garden furniture, parasols, a charcoal barbecue and some sun loungers are provided. An outdoor cellar equipped with an American fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer completes this house.   
  
You will be able to secure your bicycles under the lean-to and park up to 4 cars on the secure ground. For additional spaces, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.   
  
Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is in the heart of Préfailles and at;

You will discover along the narrow picturesque lanes or along the rocky coast numerous 1900 villas with incomparable architectural styles, those called here "The Ladies of the Coast" as they are part of the history of this small seaside town. You will be seduced by the reddish-golden sand of the Préfailles coves. Its motto "Who gets wet stays" alone summarises the close link of the town with the sea. Above all, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique "Oysters, Shrimps and Mussels from Bouchots of La Plaine sur Mer", the famous Ice Creams and Jams of "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Galettes "St-Michel" and without forgetting, so good hot or cold, "Le curé Nantais" Cheese from Pornic.

Villa adéquate pour grande famille. L’emplacement est parfait car la mer est à deux pas. L’accueil est chaleureux. Pas de fausses notes pour cette location, peut-être un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très bon séjour.
