For iodised holidays by the sea, we offer this large house with its garden, located on the Préfailles seafront, facing the ocean. You will be ideally situated, surrounded by several beaches, thus offering a beautiful variety of options to fully enjoy your stay.
With an area of 130 m² on two levels and featuring a 350 m² garden, this rental is ideal for accommodating up to six people.
On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful bright dining room, thanks to a west-facing bay window, overlooking the terrace and offering an unobstructed view of the sea. To enjoy the sea air, take your meals on the lovely terrace and enjoy the magnificent sea view again!
The fully equipped, new kitchen open to the living area will allow you to prepare delicious meals. You will find a mixed hob (induction and electric), an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.
To start the day well, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (one filter and the other for Dolce Gusto pods) are at your disposal.
To relax, a cosy TV lounge area with a fireplace (wood provided).
Still on the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) awaits you, as well as a private bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, you will access a large study serving 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed (140/190) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The study will be an ideal space if you need to work from home, or to serve as a playroom for children.
For more comfort, the house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a table and an iron. You will also find the third toilet in the house.
The layout of the garden does not allow you to park your vehicle there, but it is easy to park in the street, near the house, where public space is free.
