"Customer Service for Late night check-in was a bit slow with getting us checked in and now as welcoming but that could be because her focus was figuring out check-in but she was ok, not many words. I have never seen a complimentary toothbrush other than super high end hotels. Breakfast was pretty normal, but missing waffles. Felt pretty safe. Plenty of shopping nearby."
