It belongs to a larger complex, which includes an independent floor, located just below (with a separate entrance). Casa Cimino A is located in the upper part of Praiano, on the west side, one of the quietest areas of the town, with a breathtaking view: you can admire Capri and Positano from every window! The house is organised on one floor and includes: • Living room with a double sofa bed (bed size 160x190) • Fully equipped sea-view kitchen, with a table for 4 people (with dishwasher) • 1 spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with en-suite bathroom and sea view • 2 full bathrooms with shower (one in the bedroom) Casa Cimino A is located just above the famous Church of San Gennaro, on the path that leads to the famous Sentiero degli Dei. It has excellent views and it is close to tasty restaurants, excellent beach clubs (Il Pirata and One Fire) and it has a quiet atmosphere where you are immersed in the spirit that felt truly Amalfi coast. Everything is all walking/hiking distance, but I highly recommend the local bus to get around (€1 per trip per person). It was a very nice villa and Francesco was very helpful in giving us directions. The most difficult thing was the steps and our luggage - it may be challenging for an older couple. The house was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Be prepared to climb a fair number of stairs from the main road to reach the apartment, it’s manageable but can get a little tricky at times. Francesco was a fantastic host! Very kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. The location was also great, with good restaurants, bus stops, and a mini market nearby for essentials. Súper recomendable esta casa! Muy bien conectada, cerca de la parada de colectivo, supermercado, puntos de interés y oficina de turismo. La limpieza y orden impecable. Muy confortable y con todo lo que se necesita para pasar una estadía hermosa! Francesco estuvo siempre disponible y nos ayudo cada vez q lo requerimos. Vista única a la Isla de Capri y a Positano. Silencioso a la hora del descanso. Tal cual se ve en las fotos. Lo único negativo, es que para llegar al Dto se debe caminar un trayecto que entre escaleras y valijas se hace un poco pesado. Pero esto tiene que ver con la dinámica de la Costa Amalfitana. Lo recomiendo! Praiano ist der perfekte Ort für einen Besuch an der Amalfiküste und diese Wohnung ist perfekt. Besuchende müssen gut zu Fuß sein, da es doch einige Stufe bis zur Wohnung sind aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einzigartig und wunderschön!
