O condomínio/prédio é muito bom e tudo muito organizado. Pessoal da portaria atencioso, principalmente a Eliane ou Elaine, mesmo após seu horário de saída providenciou e nos emprestou uma chave de fenda, para que meu marido tentasse abrir a porta da cozinha, pois essa bateu devido ao vento e não tinha maçaneta. Os utensílios da cozinha são bem ruins, amassados e mal lavados.De uma maneira geral o apartamento tem aspecto de sujeira e má conservação. O colchão apesar de manchado (coloquei dois lençóis) é bom. O chuveiro também é bom, a TV funciona muito bem. No anúncio do site o anunciante não menciona em momento algum que a pessoa tem que pagar uma taxa de limpeza de ou então fazer a faxina do mesmo. Discordei disso e não paguei o valor. E pelo visto há muito tempo o apto. não tem uma boa limpeza. ##### Claudenice B.
