Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient.

Built initially by The Four Seasons Hotel chain, this is a beautiful property with high quality design and decor elements. But the wear and tear is already visible in the wall paper, wall corners and edges where luggage and other things are bruising the paint and stucco, even stains in the room's furniture as well as noisy mini bar fridges.

"O local é bem legal, bem pertinho da praia! O quarto é pequeno, mas como não fiquei muito no hotel não fazia tanta diferença. O chuveiro não estava esquentando muito bem, e o espaço do banheiro era bem apertado, cheguei no hotel a noite e no dia seguinte sai bem cedinho para as praias, quando voltei ..."
