"A equipe foi muito gentil e amigável. Abriu várias vezes o portão, deu p.hig, limpou o chão do degelo da geladeira,etc. Só não gostei do check -in, tive que mostrar o pagamento feito, da fatura do cartão, já tinha pago tanto os 50%,quanto o restante pelo cartão. O pessoal da portaria nem tinha reservado um quarto para nós !"

"No geral, nao gostei da limpeza do apartamento… as camas e o sofá são pessimos… O elevador é extremamente lento, apenas um pra 23 andares… toda vez era uma espera eterna pra usar… O fogão é lento, dificil acender as bocas. Eu particularmente nao voltaria. Prefiro outras opçoes mais proximas a praia … e com melhor conforto. "

"My stay at Hotel Araguaia was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Every need I had was taken care of with attention and kindness. The location is wonderful, right in front of the beach, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the room fresh and comfortable. The accommodations are very good. The third floor is already renovated and looks great. They are currently working on renovating the second and first floors as well. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return."
