The house is on two floors, both spacious and characteristic. The entrance is independent and the garden is private, so you will feel welcomed and pampered by the family and private atmosphere of our accommodation. On the ground floor we find an entrance, a sitting room and a large family kitchen, with rustic details but all modern conveniences. The kitchen leads onto the large private, fenced garden that children will love and where they can play in freedom and safety. The garden is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. Upstairs we find two large bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Parking is possible under our barn, it is obviously free and covered. The courtyard that houses our house is inhabited by two other families, but all accesses are independent and the climate is friendly and relaxed. You can ask for information on area attractions, restaurants and local shops. Our country house is located in the countryside but just a few minutes from the lake, which can be seen on the horizon from the garden. Es liegt circa 2 km von der Autobahn entfernt abgelegen in den Weinbergen, man gelangt mit einem Auto über einen längeren Feldweg bis dorthin (nicht für Sportwagen o.ä. geeignet). Die Località Tosini, in der das Haus steht, liegt etwa 2 km vom nächstgelegenen Ort Pozzolengo entfernt, dort gibt es Bäckerei, Café und kleine Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. in Peschiera. In dem sauberen, individuell eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt viele schöne Details, wie z.B. einen großen alten Spülstein, auf dem man abwäscht. Von der Terrasse und einem der beiden Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Weinreben bis zum Gardasee (man sieht die Luftlinie circa 1 km entfernte Autobahn, sie rauscht permanent ganz leise hörbar). Am und um das Haus kann man schön spazieren gehen und immer neue Blicke Richtung Gardasee erhaschen - schön auch als Hundebesitzer. Achtung, es gibt hier viele niedliche freilaufende Katzen. Wir durften unter eine Art Carport parken, so mussten wir uns um Gewitter mit Hagelschauern in diesem Sommer keine Sorgen machen. Die ganze Zeit stand uns Rosella, welche im dritten Reihenhaus wohnt, immer freundlich mit Rat und Tat (1x Stromausfall) zur Verfügung. Da wir länger als eine Woche dort waren, bekamen wir ein neues Set Bettwäsche und Handtücher von ihr. Man kann von hier aus die ganze Region südlicher Gardasee, Valpolicella und Verona erkunden. ##### Sebastian G.
