After paying for my room online, the desk clerk made me pay again before giving me a room. Said the hotels.com payment was declined. Then, when i tried to straighten it out with hotels.com customer service, denied he had charged me again until i produced all receipts and bank statement. Hotels.com refunded one charge. The room itself was relatively clean. The bathroom was clean. The room was quiet. Would i go back to this place? Probably not. Would i use hotels.com again? Yes.

We pulled up to people sitting out front in lawn chairs and a shopping cart being out front. The room was filthy, smelled terrible of cigarette smoke, the beds were uncomfortable, people were incredibly loud all hours of the night. The hotel was cheap and it certainly showed in every aspect.

Night staff was very unprofessional. Was not rude to us but listening to them talk about other guests was very awkward. The hotel did not smell the greatest. Wreaked of pot. Bedding had a bunch of stains on them. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. But did work fine for the night.

The room displays and arrangement is nice and the staff we met were nice. Unfortunately there were a few things found that were unsatisfying. The TV was extremely dim, flickered, and made screching noises that would only go away if shut off and turned on. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and they smelled dirty and as if used in a smoking room, of course. The bathroom had many dirty mold like brown spots on the tub and toilet. The wifi is unusable; it connected, but when i tried using it to study, pages would not load on my laptop or phone.

The room was fine but I had used one of her bath towels on the floor cause I had spilled some water I tried to get new bath towels that evening when we came back from a reunion all day in the heat to find out we couldn’t get any because somebody had stole some so now the cupboard is now locked evidently I’ll take a headcount of your towels before and after shifts and you’ll find out who your thief is we should’ve had to use beach towels that we had brought to dry off at a hotel we had paid to be at second the elevator was disgusting looks like somebody had spilled milk all over it on the walls etc. again. Rig raff hanging outside front door smoking my husband told me not to go down by myself anymore

My room was clean and the property seemed relatively safe. However, the hallways were dirty and the landscaped area around the property was full of trash. Also, most hotels have a small refrigerator. This one did not, which meant that my food spoiled over the weekend.

The smell in the hallways and the room was horrible. The blankets on the bed were not clean, but soiled. We reserved a non-smoking room, but it wasn’t non-smoking or they tried to mask the smell with incense or something…it didn’t work. There were bikers directly at the entrance of the property smoking. If I wasn’t with my spouse, I would have felt really unsafe.

Not many hotel/motels in the area seemed clean, this seemed like the best place that wasn't twice the price. It was not. Nice people working at the front desk at least. But the place smelled like everything you don't want to smell like. Unleashed pit bulls walking through halls with their owner. Pretty sure all the first floor rooms are booked with long-term tenants. The rooms are minimalist, which I don't usually mind. But you can't control the room temperature, or at least my thermostat was broken because no buttons changed it from 69 degrees. The 28? inch TV is mounted to a large piece of black wood, as though the optical illusion would make you think the TV is actually a 42 inch. The bed sheets looked clean, but the pillows smelled. The shower is this weird corner thing, if you're a larger individual, good luck. I'm a skinny 6'5 and I barely made it work. I was just hoping to find the diamond in the rough, where picky people complain, but it's clean at least. This was not that. Won't be back, will go to Air BnB where pricing was about the same. Again, at least the people working there seemed nice. I didn't need anything or ask for anything, just checked in and out(paid and did all on Expedia).

The room and Motel was wonderful. It was updated and cleaned, we just had a few things happened that I hope is fixed soon. We stayed on May 20th and about 3:00 in the morning the fire alarm went off. We had to wait outside until the motel was cleared and then we went back inside. It happened again around 5 in the morning. It was due to a faulty system and someone was lighting candles in their room for their dogs. So it could have been better and I hope the motel fixes the issue soon.

Horrible experience!!
We traveled 6 1/2 hours to attend a doowop concert at their high school. This motel is very difficult to find and also difficult to find the entrance to it. The hotel isn’t very clean at all. Our door didn’t close, you had to push it shut and the bathroom door didn’t close either. Bed sheets had a stain on them so I just covered it with one of the blankets on the bed. But we decided that for 1 night we would be fine. Little did we know that we would get no rest. The fire alarm malfunctioned at 2 a.m. and again around 5 a.m. Nothing like going outside in your night clothes. Both times the entire motel was evacuated until firefighters were able to clear the motel for anyone to return to their rooms. After the second one happened we just left. We had to drive home with a 6 1/2 hour trip with no sleep. Rediculous to say the least. Hotel.com or motel 6 will not compensate for our horrible night. I’m done with both!!

Don’t book here. We got woken up not once but TWICE by the fire alarm (3am and 5am). There were multiple conflicting stories as to why it kept going off. Apparently someone was smoking in their room setting it off. Someone else said that it was a faulty fan. Asked for a refund or partial and was not told they could not give us one since it was out of their control. DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO SOMEONE A BIT NICER. Hotel smelt like cigarettes and weed as soon as you walked in and throughout the hallways. No refrigerator no microwave. Hard to find as well it’s in the back behind the Walmart.

Ok hotel
Check-in was fine, there is plenty of parking and the hotel is in a good location. However, we asked for a mini fridge in the room which was not provided. The room itself was fine but the hallway smelled horrible. The smell would come into our room. I had to put towels around the door to keep the smell out.

We needed a place to sleep after visiting a friend. We did not want to make a late night 90 minute drive. The hotel was about $100. The room was spartan but the bed was ok. The halway had a weird chemical smelll and there was a large overflowing trash can to great me when I got off of the elevator as well as trash in the hallway. I get it this is a discount hotel with probably not a lot of staff but i would expect trash to be picked up and let to fester. The person who checked me in was nice enough i am not used to seeing front desk staff sitting down at the desk but whatever. This is a new world. I got a clean and sparse room with a decent bed. It served my purpose.

A strong wet dog smell was present in the first floor hall and we had to keep the air conditioning off to prevent the odor from reaching our room. The room itself was bare-bones, but clean.

Reserved handicap room, I’m in a wheelchair and can barely walk. Based on reviews I expected coffee and continental breakfast, incorrect! No coffee. No microwave no fridge. To top it all off the bathtub not too wheelchair compliant, and very slippery almost fell. Last but not least bums hang at front desk all night being loud.
