"Room was clean but staff never replenished water bottles or coffee bar. Had to ask at front desk for coffee cups repeatedly. Staff never apologetic. Door locks changed during middle of stay with no notice. Had to go to front desk and was just told matter of factly that locks had been changed and was given key without apology. Several plugs in room didn’t work. TV had to be restarted numerous times during stay. Staff was aware of problem because I called the first time it happened and staff told me how to resolve the problem. Very annoying. "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, and exactly what we needed for a road trip stop. The bed honestly slept like a 5-star Hilton bed. No frills — just simple, clean, and comfortable. I’m now a Spark fan."

"Questionable red stains on carpet. Unclean shower tub. Hair on unused towels. Staff gave $25 dollar unexplained charge before checking into room. Foul odor coming from the bathroom. Elevator not working. Bed had possible pubic hair on it. Spotted spider found in room. Unclean sink. Keycards stopped working day before check out"

"Unkept hotel, breakfast buffet was terrible. Food was cold, and the entire area was unkept and food, not replenished. Numerous stains on the rug in the hotel room ice machine did not work on two floors and then to top it up, which is totally disgusting was a child went to the bathroom in the swimming pool and we heard about it from another child, leaving the pool with their mother, needless to say that turned us off from even using the pool, which we had intended to do overall I would never recommend this hotel to anybody or go there again and upon checking out, no one even asked us how our stay was"

"I couldn't get the blind to work and an outside light was out our window. So it was like daytime the whole night and I couldn't sleep. Kids were already sleeping so I couldn't request staff to come in to try to fix because it would wake them. "
