From Villa Sultana you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Sultana is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in a pedestrian precinct, roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet) and the stop for the local bus at 300 meters (990 feet). You will reach Villa Sultana from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 70 steps. For a succesful stay at Villa Sultana we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place that can fit up to 10 people it's the place you want. It's in a remote area and not easy to get to if you have any problems walking. You can get a taxi, bus or car service to take you to Positano. You really can't walk to the beach... The property manager meet us when we arrived. He was extremely helpful planing our activities and meals! I would recommend the villa. The villa is absolutely stunning with fantastic views of Positano and the sea. The outdoor space is great with a beautiful infinity pool, plenty of lounge chairs and a dining table. The inside of the villa was great as well. All four bedrooms in the main house are large with beautiful balconies that overlook the water. The staff were wonderful as well. The only drawback of the villa is it's proximity to Positano. It is a 30-minute bus ride from Positano which comes about once an hour. You can walk down the steps as well but that took us about 45- 60 minutes, or take a cab for about 40 Euros. Therefore once we were out for the day we typically didn't go back and forth due to the distance. The spectacular views and the quiet town of Nocelle make it worth the distance. Overall it is an amazing villa and a highlight of our trip. Summer In Italy was excellent. They answered my questions promptly before booking, were helpful during the planning process and during our stay. I would highly recommend Summer In Italy. ---
