It is only 5 minute walk from the center of Positano and from there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the hill. It offers all kind of comforts for a relaxing vacation. It has 1 bedroom but it can accommodate up to 4 guests, thanks to a sofa bed (queen size) that is in the living room. Casa Praiano is very charming, characterized by a typical local style starting from the colorful majolica tiles of which the floor is made. In detail the apartment is composed by a living room equipped with a table, chairs, sofa bed, TV, DVD player, sound system; one large bedroom, with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath-tub and shower box, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools and appliances and a further bathroom. Finally there is a panoramic terrace, equipped with a BBQ, table, chairs and sun beds, where you can sunbathe or have a meal, enjoying a wonderful view of the sea and Positano. Everything you could possibly want is in the villa , living area , full kitchen, bedroom with a view that looks painted on , 2 bathrooms with a washing machine , wine glassware, plates ; full kitchen. The beach is a 7 minute walk down the stairs, there is an amazing family own deli 100 yards from the property, was my go to cappuccino spot every morning , first day got cheese , salami & olives , also sell very delicious Italian wine at a great price, 1st night sat on the large deck off the living room, lounge chairs & all the picking from deli , never left, just enjoyed the church bells ringing . Like I said Mauro is 5 stars all by himself & will make your trip perfect I couldn’t say a negative a thing about the property, it is truly paradise Once again Mauro , Gratiz for making us feel like home ##### robert h.
