Claudio met us at the gate, helped with the luggage and showed us into the room and explained how everything worked. Amazing service and going the extra mile which is rarely seen in this industry.

We had an amazing stay!! Highly recommend staying here. It’s a great spot if you are looking for a place for multiple people or a family. There are 2 rooms, a living room area, kitchen space and 2 separate bathrooms. There’s 2 queen beds, a queen sofa bed and an additional twin sofa bed. It’s a beautiful location and a huge balcony to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Theres a gate you can lock in addition to the doors. The place is beautiful and the communication between the host was outstanding. They kept in constant communication and made everything so easy for us. Our host, Giulio, is THE BEST HOST EVER. He truly made our stay. He greeted us at the check in and went above and beyond in customer service. He thoroughly explained how to use all the amenities and walked us through everything step by step. We wouldn’t have had a good stay if it wasn’t for him. He was so helpful. I would solely book any place if he was the host.

This property is located at the very start of all the Positano shops and is a short walk away from the town square and coastline. There are many steps up to this unit but that was expected for us. The balcony was a pleasurable place to sit in the evenings which is shared with another unit but we never saw our neighbours. Cleaning services and more towels are extra during your stay. It would be useful for the room to have instructions on how to use their coffee machine and include essential items like soap and/or body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. For some reason there were also many ants in the unit during our stay including in the bedroom. AC was great to have during the hot European summer months. Communication with the property manager could have been better. Overall a good stay :)

This wasn’t the best experience. No one was there to meet us as promised to show us to our apartment which meant climbing a large number of stairs with heavy suitcases looking for our apartment. The apartment is spacious but basic, we were there for one week and no offer of change of towels. You also cannot use the hair dryer as it shorts the electrical system! Sadly this falls into the category of overpriced for what it is in Positano.
